People wanted to continue using Win 7 on newer hardware but the new hardware doesn't have win 7 drivers. This IS not about end of Life. This doesn't list Z170 as Win 11 supported but there is no technical reason why my Maximus VIII Hero shouldn't. The chipset has got PTT support through firmware but the BIOS does not expose the setting to enable it. Am I to believe that Asus has dropped the ball and won't provide a BIOS udpate to enable a toggle or at least release a BIOS version with PTT enabled by default?

I have the same cpu with a z170-a motherboard. It sucks that neither the CPU has an integrated PTT nor the motherboard has the module. I recommend we wait and see how things unfold.
